Escolar (Butterfish) Nigiri


UPDATE 7/18/09 - We came back for more escolar nigiri and tried their Snow White Roll (inside: spicy crab, outside: escolar, tobiko, honey mustard and unagi sauce). It was DELICIOUS!!!
