Bob and I went to our first Yelp Event last December and enjoyed a full, open bar and lotsa goodies at the San Francisco Exploratorium. We both thought what an extravagant gesture on yelp's behalf to schmooze hundreds of yelpers like that, all at no charge! Little did we know that yelp doesn't pay a nickel for their yelp events, for the location, food or drinks.
